i first did an interview over the phone, which involved simple questions. I was then advised to take two online tests - a personality and behavioral one. Then i was set up a few days later for an in person interview with the owner of the company - which involved going over the test results and other general questions. He is very warm and friendly so i was not nervous for the interview. the third and final interview was with the VP of design. She was very intimidating and asked tough questions - i left the interview unsure of how it went. But i ended getting the position a few days later! Overall the interview experience was good.
