They request you complete a vignette prior to interviewing basically testing your cultural competency. Once you submit the vignette they then confirm your interview time. Once they interview you they do so in such a serious manner it's unsettling. Interviews don't have to be so serious. One of the interviewers was just unpleasant. I would never apply there again.
