i applied in collabera through campus placement , regular procedure was conducted starting from online test then GD and at the end a PI(most important part) . GD topic was quite amusing which was 'water' also PI was much difficult for me as many questions on events and aspects of my life were raised . but i answered it truly and from heart so it went quite well from my side. lets hope for the best . *fingers crossed* . havent got offer letter yet. it was on 6th nov 2015

collabera is mostly for non-techincal professionals so questions which were asked were mostly related to determine your personality and character. also night shift flexibility in timing is possible from your side was asked as timing of collabera is from 6PM to 4AM plus point for night owls. :)
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
