Entretien
There were three rounds in total
First round was an aptitude test where there were about 20 questions and 25 minutes was given.
It was a mix of IQ and English.
Then a basic Preliminary Hr round
Then a final Managerial interview round where most of the relevant questions were asked.
The interviews were easy, An okay experience.

Problems faced as a HR in previous organization and what steps did you take to tackle the problem
Problem was that you had to comfortable working in shifts
It was a good experience. There were six rounds of interview. And first round was particularly for screening. Followed by other rounds. The interviewer was humble and asked questions relating to my college project.

Entretien
Interview process was over the phone. The HR was in a different location so interview process happens over the phone or maybe a video call if possible with 3 rounds. The process can be delayed depending upon the last working day of the former employee
