Very personable interview process, was less technical and more to be able to get to know you as a person. They want to hire someone who can drive the conversation and is easy to talk to, which is what a salesmen is supposed to have.

Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to get into sales?
There were a few zoom calls and then an in person interview, very striaght forward and everyone was super nice. They asked questions about resume and then conversation flowed naturally with the questions they had.
I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a Microsoft teams interview with the national account manager. Then I had an in person interview with national account manager and an account manager. The recruiter texted me afterwards and asked how it went and then I never heard a word from her or anyone after. It was a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional on their part. You would think they'd at least have the decency to let someone know they didn't get the job/what they did wrong.

A recruiter contacted me and set up an interview over the phone to tell me more about the company and the opportunity that was available. The interview was very laid back and casual.
