I had a highly disappointing experience with a recruiter from Collabera. The initial reach out was rushed; they scheduled a call via my CV email for just an hour later. They even messaged me specifically to "make sure I join" the call, implying my punctuality was a priority. I prepared and joined on time, but the recruiter never showed up. I followed up via both LinkedIn and email to see if there was a scheduling conflict, but I was completely ghosted. To be pressured into a call only for the recruiter to ignore it, and then ignore my follow-up is incredibly rude and inconsiderate of a candidate's time and emotional energy. This experience reflects very poorly on Collabera’s internal standards and their respect for the people they are trying to recruit.

Phone call with questions. Interviewer was rude. Interviewer did not have soft skills. Was too blunt and asked awkward questions and seemed angry with the answers if they were not what he wanted

They contacted me through phone to ask about my experience - took maybe just 20 mins - ended by asking my expected salary and talking about the application process after.
