There was an initial screening, and once I passed the screening I was given a technical/behavioral interview, which was 40 mins long. It was in an online setting, where I had to open my camera and speak to the interviewers.

I applied through a job search website. I was called to assess my will to partecipate for a group interview and to evaluate my english level. The assessment centre was held 3 weeks later and it was made of different parts (self presentation, games with other participants, case of study, logic tests and final interview with two members of the Colgate-Palmolive staff. The results were received one month later.
