When I was first being considered for the position, they were almost aggressive in the scheduling process. I had the initial recruiter call and hiring manager interviews within one week of each other. I had every reason to think that I was considered a front runner for the position. I was even told to let them know if I receive an offer from anyone else, so they would have a chance to counter. I had a vacation scheduled, so I let them know that I wouldn’t be able to be reached for a week. I emailed the day that I returned to work. And I never received a reply. I reached out to HR twice and the hiring manager separately. One month later (today) I received a formal rejection email from a no reply address. So much for professional courtesy.
