I had an on campus interview with two employees. They used STAR based interviewing. I asked when they let people know their decision. They said they didn't actually have any current openings and they just hire people as they need them. But they also don't like to tell anyone no, so you pretty much wait in limbo.

Asked about python, sql, a guesstimate question and about stuff on my resume. Interviewers were friendly and welcoming. They went in detail about everything I said. Hr and tech round was together.

The interview was with the quality manager and human resources. It was Turkish in the beginning. Then they asked me to continue in English. I don't think they were looking for an actual intern, they were looking for someone to work in the lab.
