second interview with plant manager and quality person . INTERVIEW Is really quick and simple and the second interview is just so the plant manager can get a feel of your intention on working there.

Simple interview , about pass work experience and why you would be a great fit. Just really gave a break down of what all was expected on the job, if you're liked on the first interview the second 1 is pretty laid back and more about what you like to do.
