J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cold Stone Creamery (Surprise, AZ) en avr. 2012

Cold Stone offered certain days where you would get an interview after you filled out an application. This included a math test and references, as well as scenario questions. After I turned that in, the assistant manager came inside and called my name, at which time she took me outside to one of the outside tables and asked me a series of generic interview questions. Then she asked me to sing a song, in which I broke out into a small dance and sang loudly 'Happy Birthday'. She then asked me if I had any questions, in which I responded that I had none, and the interview was over. I got a call back 2 days later telling me that they would love for me to work for them. Keep in mind that this was a special interview process, most likely held because of a new store opening nearby. The assistant manager was nice and friendly, and asked questions casually and not intimidating.

Very easy and simple. Managers and crew are lovely. Asked about 5 questions all. Took about 15 mins and offered about an hour after. Main thing was how available I was and if I had a steady ride there and back
I just came in, waited for a little while. There were three other people also interviewing so I got to listen in on their interviews which was a bit strange. Then, she came to talk to me and it was all over within 10 minutes.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me about difficulties working with a team, what I think makes a good employee, and what I were to do if I made a mistake on the job.

The process was fun and friendly. It was a group interview that everyone seemed to enjoy. I felt comfortable with the group. The managers and owners attended the interview. They allowed us to ask questions and give feedback.
