Cold Stone's interview process is very unique. Group interviews could be intimidating but you have to remember to have fun and be yourself. Be as outgoing as possible. When I got called for the interview, I was super nervous the day before. But one of my friends told be to be outgoing and loud. Thats exactly what I did. The interview started off by asking everyone what their favorite movie is and why? Then they gave us a sheet of paper where there were some songs on cold stone and we had to pick a song on the spot and sing it individually (BE VERY LOUD BECAUSE I WAS). Being loud showed them you were not afraid to sing in font of a group of 18 people. That's the type of people they want to hire. Last, was the group project. I was in a group of me and two other girls and we had to make up our own song on cold stone. So we made the song up and performed it. All three of us sang it very loudly and even did a dance.
