J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cold Stone Creamery (Triadelphia, WV) en avr. 2011
Entretien
I got to Cold Stone Creamery, and about eight people were sitting in a circle toward the back. These were the other applicants. Rather than an interview, the process was an "audition," complete with singing a song we made up about Cold Stone. The whole process was fairly relaxed, but the oddity of having to perform was off-putting. Also, one prospective employee showed up at least a half hour late; I'm fairly sure she was the only one of us who was hired. So punctuality probably isn't a huge deal.

Very easy and simple. Managers and crew are lovely. Asked about 5 questions all. Took about 15 mins and offered about an hour after. Main thing was how available I was and if I had a steady ride there and back
I just came in, waited for a little while. There were three other people also interviewing so I got to listen in on their interviews which was a bit strange. Then, she came to talk to me and it was all over within 10 minutes.

The process was fun and friendly. It was a group interview that everyone seemed to enjoy. I felt comfortable with the group. The managers and owners attended the interview. They allowed us to ask questions and give feedback.
