The interview process was uncomfortable and confusing.
Instead of focusing on relevant experience or real-life problem-solving, a significant part of the interview was dedicated to vague logic and classification tasks that felt closer to school-level exercises than to actual business analysis work.
Throughout the interview, there was a persistent sense of pressure. When I asked clarifying or role-related questions, they were often met with counter-questions that felt dismissive and diminished the value of the original question. This created unnecessary tension and made the conversation feel more like a stress test than a professional discussion.
Overall, the interview style left a negative impression and did not feel aligned with a collaborative or respectful culture, regardless of how comfortable the actual work environment might be.
