I submitted my resume online to Coinbase and got an email invitation approx 1 week later (a Monday) to take their online assessments. I did the assessments within 30 minutes of getting the email and was able to complete ~45/50 of the questions on the cognitive test. About 1 hour after completing the assessments I got an email invitation from the recruiter to set up a screening call. Spoke with the recruiter the next day and had 2 further interviews set up for that Friday and the following Monday. The first interview with with a team lead and it was a little awkward, but nothing catastrophic. Second interview was with a Sr. Manager and was a genuinely good and interesting conversation. A couple hours after my final interview the recruiter called me with a verbal offer.
