Applied on their website and was emailed by a recruiter. They gave me a 90-minute take-home test, which took the full time to complete. Hard by not impossible. Was not happy that there was no communication before having the test dropped in my lap. Also not happy that I had to waste 90 minutes while the company invested nothing in the process.
