3 step process. During the entries process they kept changing the role. By the time I got to the end of the process the role had been split into three different jobs. This also meant the salary had changed to a lower salary too. The initial interview was for a position based in London. It changed mid process to be based in Cardiff. The whole experience was unpleasant.
