I loved this hiring process. I sat down face to face with the president Jerry. No other companies have the owner sit down in a first round interview. I was invited back for a second round interview and was able to do a full day job shadow. It was nice that they were so upfront and and i could see exactly what i would be doing. The girl i spent the day with (Lesley) was so much fun and is the assistant manager there. At the end of the day i talked with Jerry again before i left.
