Applied online. Recruiter reached out asking about my availability for an interview. I replied immediately but then didn't hear back for several days. I followed up later asking again for scheduling a call. It turned out that the recruiter somehow missed my email. It's okay. We all forget things sometimes. Recruiters are busy. And I can understand that. Then the video interview with the hiring manager is the worst interview experience I have ever had. He was sitting in his car and called in with his phone. He kept looking around and not paying attention to the conversation at all. He just threw some random questions with few descriptions. When I asked for more clarification, he didn't seem to know what he wanted to ask... What's even more unprofessional, was that he dug his teeth several times during the interview. It looked like he just finished his lunch somewhere and was back in the car, looking at himself in the video interview as a mirror, and started to clean his teeth... Unprofessional. No respect for the candidates. I never had such an interview that I just wanted to finish it 5 mins after joining the call. Don't waste your time and energy on this position.
