J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cohaesus (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2016
Entretien
After submitting a CV and covering letter I was invited to a normal phone interview that went over a lot of what I'd talked about in my initial application. Following that, a technical phone interview took place that was used to gauge my technical experience, with questions ranging in complexity and discussion about projects I'd previously completed. Finally, I was invited to attend an in-person at the Cohaesus' offices. This lasted for over an hour, and involved a mix of competency-based questions and some more open-ended discussion of the topics involved.

There was an initial phone interview which was a very friendly chat to talk about my background and how I arrived at applying for a job at Cohaesus
Then after successful first phone interview I got invited to take part in a Tech-Screen over the phone again. This involved one of the junior developers asking me specific technical questions to assess my level of knowledge.
When the Tech Screen was successfully completed I got invited to a face-to-face interview and an aptitude test on site.
