I was hired in India. It was pretty straight forward. You will have a technical interview followed by HR interview. Sometimes you might have 2 technical rounds. Like a phone round followed by face to face.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
