J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cognizant en mai 2025

I had a phone screen with a recruiter who was so incredibly enthusiastic about the company, it made me excited to progress in the process. I had another phone screen with an engineering team member, then they flew me out for an interview. An executive assistant booked everything for me. My in person interview was half a day in the office. I was offered the job 2 weeks later.
The experience was efficient and fast. The team was enthusiastic about my candidacy and knowledgeable about my background (clearly they read my resume). There was no project (free labor) to do, it was just me talking about my experience, the value I’ve delivered, and my philosophy on product. It was great.

I applied online through LinkedIn and got selected for 1st tech round confirmation came via email, but did not qualify it to continue the next round.
The technical round was actually not that difficult but still I won't say it was easy in any way. Most things were basics to filter out lowballs, and then the a little advance topics were asked

Never got to the interview. They rescheduled 5+ times/were no shows at every interview I attended and claimed it was technical issues. This was all for some program where they train you to be a data engineer but it seems like they couldn't figure out an interview
it wasn't too difficult; there were about 3 rounds. There was an online assessment which included a multiple choice for technical and recorded video prompts for behavioral. Then there was an HR screening call and then technical interview with someone live.
