It was supposed to be a three-tier interview process but there was an obvious disconnect between what their recruiter told me and my experience in their "Level 1" interview. I was told it would be with someone on the team I would be joining, and I prepped for a peer interview, meaning I prepared to talk about leadership styles and team building. Instead, it was anything but that. If you are looking to be a nameless person in a large IT organization, this is the place for you. I have never walked away from an interview with this many alarm bells ringing. They appear to be the type of organization that gives other IT firms a bad name. From start to finish, it was a bad experience. I will not repeat nor will I consider them as a solution for upcoming projects.
