2 rounds of interview with HR negotiations for Salary towards the end.It is helpful to be prepared with basic details and relevant experience details during the interview session. Explain in detail about your experience and about your background. Details such as previous employer and previous experience hold lot of weightage..............................
Technical round is the important one which you must concentrate on. HR round is mostly only for salary discussion and joining date discussion. Technical round would be little bit tougher so pls be prepared.
Very brief and you can get the feeling they have a profile you must fit, like a square, and maybe you’re a triangle. Overall qualifications and ability don’t seem to be drivers when screening. Maybe choosing India employees freed up after a project get first shot versus most qualified?

For the specific, had 4 interviews in total. 1 Talent - typical validation 2 Key Function - panel interview 3 Cross function - interview with the ops leader counterpart who didn’t really ask a lot, she made herself appear busy and we will have our clashes later as I get hired 4 Clients
