In Cognizant company, there are total three interview rounds (this is my personal experience so far). First two interview rounds are totally Technical rounds named as L1 and L2 that means Level 1 and Level 2 rounds and the third one is HR (Human Resources) round, which is a final round where salary negotiations and joining dates are discussed by HR and Senior Project Manager (if required).
