They reached out in the middle of school cycle and scheduled the interview. The interview was kind of okay and I was selected after 1 round of interview. Then they scheduled client discussion. I was selected and on boarded without formal training. At client location there was no formal guidance from project managers how to work on project.
I would suggest never anyone to join this company.
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
