One l1 and manager discussion followed by hr round . The overall process is smooth. In l1 they basically ask technical questions and in manager round more regarding leardship quality
I have joined through campus placement, 1st round is assessment with psuedo codes, english, aptitude questions. 2nd round is interview with technical persons then last round is HR. Then i got internship opportunity for 3months. If we clear that internship then we will get offer letter with in 20 -30 days.

I successfully completed all rounds, but after the technical round, I did not receive any further update or email from the company Cognizant Technology Solutions
