formal interview letter, invite to venue, arrangement of validation, ( however stand under hot sun.. not a good sign though . makes tired and loose energy before interview), allowed into a module by security, associates guide to the pannels, interview questions no much technical and not focused on candidate's soft skill , attitude.. , a HR interview , then close of ceremony

Interview process was good but the interviewer was bit strict
The interview process involves application screening, initial HR round, technical or skill-based assessments, panel interviews, behavioral questions, case studies, and final discussions, followed by feedback, selection, and offer negotiation.
it was smooth and I have received an offer letter within 3 days. Even the onboarding process was quite smooth as everything has to be uploaded in one cognizant portal.
