Round 1: HR Screen Round 2: Online Technical Assessment Round 3: Virtual Interview with Random Software Engineer All was fine and expected until round 3, where I was asked alot of experienced hire questions e.g. How long is daily stand-up, how long do sprints last? What is a singleton class? Overloading vs overriding questions, thread-safe. Note that this role is for a traineeship role that offers 36K per annum and I was berated for not knowing this stuff when there is a dedicated 6 months training for this. Seems like the interviewer do not know what position he was interviewing for and he stated that he was simply nominated to interview me.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
