For GenC job roles, for first round there was a choice to opt either aptitude or technical assessment. After clearing that round, second round would be communication assessment which included a lot of questions on basic grammar and speech comprehension. Then the final round was Technical/ HR round. Basically the technical round would be bit difficult when compared to HR round.
