Interview process is good and smooth!
If you have a good knowledge in java or any other programming languages it is easy to crack the interview process.
onboarding process is well and good!
3 rounds of genc program interview communication round, aptitude and technical was easy and you can crack easily if you study the basics. Study logical , reasoning questions and be ready with good mic for communication round don't mess up in that round

Interview was pretty staright forward and no technical question were are asked except a few apptitude question were asked .I faced the interview with a smiling face and didnt not fear of saying wrong answers and i was confident even though answers may be wrong.
