Had three rounds of interview and done with HR discussion and Document submission however its been month am yet to recieve the offer letter. Dont how long it will take still ?

First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
