Being a former employee of cts, i had applied for one of their positions online again when i moved to a different city. The interview went well but i did not get a call back! It is kind of annoying and frustrating when you mail the interviewers twice and they don’t respond.
The interview process was smooth and well‑structured. I completed four rounds in total, including an initial HR discussion followed by three technical interviews. Each conversation was clear, engaging, and constructive, and overall, the experience went positively.
