3 rounds first round was aptitude next was technical 3rd round was soft skills they just want good communication and many people got eliminated in 3rd round too overall it was easy just have basic knowledge in c , oop and computer network

Interviewed for L1 Service Desk role (Second Round)
The first round was conducted face-to-face and went well.
However, the second round was conducted over a normal phone call from a noisy environment the voice of Hr was not clear, which made it difficult to clearly understand the questions. There was very limited interaction during the conversation, and it was hard to know whether my responses were being heard properly.
The interview lasted around 5–10 minutes and focused mainly on communication. Feedback was provided about grammar and repetition, but due to the call quality and lack of interaction, the overall experience felt challenging.
I had attended walkin interview on 24th May for Service desk role in Bangalore. Interview process had 2 rounds consisting of Technical round and Hr round, after this I filled CDF form thts it after this I didn't get any update whether I have selected or rejected

I was waiting there for 30 minute then ue came and asked They asked only what us computer and tell me some operating system names and describe about it. So i told linux , window , macos
