Ticket handling , calls handling, and team work to assign the work to the appropiate team. in case mistrake happen that will affect the overall work. Proper learning of the work is much needed for this role. Management does not see your background only communication is the key to enter in this job role.

1) resume screening
2) english speaking round
3) aptitude round
4) technical round
5) interview round
so overall the recuritment process was easy apart from aptitude as it was medium level for me and technical was easy round with interview depends on OOP and Cluster they give.
I have been asked self intro, later I explained ny projects, later he switched to technical questions in java, he asked can we implement application logs using interface,later asked interface and polymorphism and in sql asked what is distinct and Group by
