I applied through a fresher drive. Initially registered for a written test. I called for the test after 2-3 weeks. It was conducted by amcat on behalf of Cognizant. After that i was shortlisted for Technical Interview & HR Interview within a week, I got the result by mail within 4 days from the final round... That i was selected..

Nothing most difficult. Since my skill set is Java... The interviewer asked some basic questions in Java like static keyword, vector (vector list) etc etc...

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
