Entretien
It was for SAP Ariba. They called for F2F but took telephonic round. There are 2 technical rounds but I did good so they took only 1 technical round. So in all one technical telephonic round and one HR telephonic round. HR is very slow in approval. They do not communicate the status unless you ask. They probably keep you on hold and try with other candidates (means you are an option for them). You have to take their contacts from friends and call them. They didn't offer me any hike since according to them my salary is already more as per my exp. I was at 10 la with 5 yrs exp. I tried to convince them but they didn't budge. How can they expect person to join without any hike! In all, very poor interviewing experience. Request candidates to always keep CTS as an option while switch because they will treat you the same.
