J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cognizant (Bengaluru) en mai 2019
Entretien
This is one of the worst interview process I've gone through so far in my career (happened 18th May 2019, in Bagmane Tech Park, Bangalore ). If you're not having the experienced interview panel available then don't schedule the interview. Wasted time by keeping the candidates for 6 hr after the written test...and finally interviewer asked about Cloud, JavaScript framework which was not mentioned in resume.
Do you guys know before calling someone for interview there should be a screening process ?
Where you will send the call letter to those who qualifies your requirements, what's this nonsense of calling a Java/Spring/Spring boot/Hibernate/JPA candidate and asking the questions which was not at all written on the resume.
If you don't know how to do an interview drive, learn it from some other companies.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cognizant (Guadalajara, Jalisco) en oct. 2025
Entretien
I did 3 rounds of interview, each of them technical, I managed to get to the client, the client were the only one who noticed that I wasn't a support engineer (I didn't apply to that position either, apparently somebody switched me in the middle of the process)
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cognizant (Bengaluru) en oct. 2025
Entretien
The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by a technical assessment to test my Java skills. After that, I had one or two rounds of technical interviews focusing on coding, problem-solving, and frameworks like Spring Boot. Finally, there was a managerial round to discuss project experience and team collaboration.
