Communication was good, a pre-placement session was held, for introduction about company.
Written exam had a mix of English and reasoning questions.
Interview was short, around 20 minutes. Basic questions from c++ and data structure were asked.

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
