One day process for QA role
1 technical interview ( can be 2 if you they are not convinced about your capabilities)
1 Senior management interview and 1 HR interview
Technical interview is quiet grilling. For QA position you are asked pretty much everything that you have worked on and goes into detail
Management interview is more about your outlook of work, your work style, typical management processes etc.
HR interview is a mere formality if you have successfully completed previous interviews

Special attention to SQL skills
Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
