Cognizant is the most unprofessional company when it comes to Interview Process/Job Offers. I applied for front-end developer position and within few days my interview process started.After 3 interview rounds they said I cleared all rounds and asked me submit the documents.After this no communication , this happened to me 2nd time woth cognizant. I wish they won't waste people's time and keep information floated.

Had a call with a very nice company recruiter who was interested in my background and thought I could be a good fit. Went along with it as the opportunity sounded interesting and the compensation seemed right. I got forwarded to a technical interview zoom call and my heart sank as two people showed up on the zoom call with no video for either of them, and a limited command of English. They then both proceeded to ask me textbook definition questions about React/React lifecycle, MobX, Typescript, type casting, etc. I was so unhappy with the way the interview was being conducted like a grade-school dictionary, and if these interviewers were any indication of who I was going to work with in the future, that I closed out early. I know that Softvision was acquired by Cognizent which is based in India, but if they want to hire US based developers, their hiring process needs to be less dictionary based and with better speakers of English.
