I had my interview at sb road pune @ 16 april 2016. before o 11th april i got shortlisted via amcat and they call me for interview at 16th.first there was technical which was about 1hr then after waiting for 2 hour there was my hr for 10 mins i which he asked me how r u,reporting time,relocation issue even explained me about my post training that u will be work as pat ,training period of 3 month and 9 month of probabation period,ask me for my document checked my percentage ask me to sign on one paper and the told me to leave and will inform the result within week. while waiting across 2 week they played a game i got the mail on 3rd may from aspring mind"based on earlier discussion we are inviting you the second round of evaluation" .....i was shocked again they were calling us for interview for INFRASTRUCTE post and to attend there calls among the candidate who cleared hr round on 16th they took again 3 round technical communication hr.I cleared all round but never want to join that post. cognizant jstb play with our emotion.totally waste of time ,ever go for it

Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
