I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent interview. I waited online for about 40 minutes, but the interviewer never joined the call. I followed up via email to check what happened, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response.
Honestly, this experience was quite disappointing. It feels unprofessional to be ghosted after I set aside my time for the meeting, and it has really changed my perspective on your hiring process. I hope you can improve this communication for future candidates.

It is good, the interviewer is friendly talke person.I answered almost all questions.
Some are easy and some are quite difficult
But no reply from them.
There are two rounds first round got passed.

They are calling candidates for the interview, which takes a complete day, and they never come back with the results, and leave no contact to follow up from the recruitment team. Waste of time.
