i have applied for some jobs in cognizant Job portal,Based on my Resume they shortlisted and they scheduled interview.Interview process is not good ,they dont know how to filter the Resume ,they wanted those who know Soap ,java.simply they will invite the people for the interview for showcasing purpose.my inetrviewer took 5 mins to complete my interview.i waited for long time,then finally she said we need those who know java
