2 rounds of technical interview with cognizant and 3rd with client. Mostly datasrtructure and some behavioral questions. Technical questions were around core java, microservices, aws, kubernetes.this was a onsite coordinator lead so behaviour question was more about how you resolve conflicts

How do you manage conflict betwwen onsite and offshore team
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
