The first round was a simple grammar test in which there were 15 questions. Then there were 2 HR rounds, in the first hr round the question which was asked to me was to describe my mother's daily routine and in the second hr round I was asked to describe my last birthday celebration. Then the las round was the technical round in which all basic types of questions related to my field were asked {I am a ece student}. Then finally the results were announced.
It was fantastic. The interviewer guides you to open yourself and explain your strengths and weaknesses. I would greatly appreciate anyone trying out Cognixia. They are one of the industry-standards.
Easy and quick interview process. It only took 2 weeks and the interview was 1 hr each. Manager was nice, work environment was ideal. I was happy to accept the job.
