Emma was really friendly and helpful about going through the interview process. However there was no real certainty as to wether the role was actually based in London or Manchester, despite the role being advertised as in London. Really disappointed that the scheduled phone/skype interview was cancelled due to poor communication between the end client and Cognitive. The hiring manager appeared to be unavailable to contact whilst the interview was supposed to be taking place.
