Ghosted...Hard...after 3 interviews and no communication or feedback after multiple attempts on my part to check in. That alone significantly soured the experience, especially after attending an on-site interview where I interviewed with 6 different people...Yes, SIX different people. I sent each one a note the following day to express appreciation for their time and to summarize what I gathered for each conversation. Then I checked in for updates and/or feedback with 2 emails spread a week a part and still never heard anything back.

Not a specific question, but I noticed that it was all based on past experiences with no real structure in the interviews, which means there is no objective measure of identifying qualified candidates while also leaving room for several types of interview bias.

Interview happened over a phone call for a brief 20 minutes and I never heard back from the recruiter even after multiple follow ups. The recruiter never bothered to provide any update
