Campus interview process. After the final shortlist the interview in their headquarters in Greater Noida in their HR department. The interview carried by strategic alliance head and their HR head. The interview was majorly focussed on general HR questions and various life decisions that I have taken. No technical questions were asked and majority of the interview revolved around trying to find if I was a good fit in NIIT Technologies.
