Overall, started out well, but ended terribly. Standard recruiter screen, then met in person with a number of team members including very senior staff (hiring manager inlcuded). Was led to believe that I was the leading candidate and that an offer was imminent. Even partially negotiated salary throughout the process. So sbout 5 hours of interviewing in total with 6 people (including recruiter screen), a number hours of driving back and forth to the Princeton office and then eventually was ghosted. Not very professional and incredibly disappointing candidate experience.
